Returns are accepted for the following reasons only
1-item/s that are of wrong size than ordered and or design, we will send replacements along with a label for the return of the wrong items.
2-item is damaged of which we will send a replacement or refund damaged item.
We typically ship within 3-5 days, some orders are quicker larger orders and at busy times could take a tad longer.
We ship via USPS Flat rate and Priority, once your order has shipped you will receive an email from STAMPS.COM to the email address used with payment.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES. OPTIONAL INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO PURCHASE AT TIME OF CHECKOUT, I SUGGEST THIS FOR ANY ORDER OVER 50$ (FOR THIS IS THE CUTOFF AMOUNT AT THE PO). THE OPTIONAL INSURANCE IS PURCHASED FROM THE PO WHEN YOUR ORDER IS KEYED IN, THIS IS SO YOU CAN CONTACT YOUR LOCAL BRANCH TO FILE A CLAIM SHOULD SOMETHING HAPPEN WITH YOUR PACKAGE.
